`silx.gui.plot.actions.histogram`¶

silx.gui.plot.actions.histogram provides actions relative to histograms for PlotWidget.

The following QAction are available:

PixelIntensitiesHistoAction

class PixelIntensitiesHistoAction(plot, parent=None)[source]¶

QAction to plot the pixels intensities diagram

Parameters

plot – PlotWidget instance on which to operate
parent – See QAction

computeIntensityDistribution()[source]¶: Get the active image and compute the image intensity distribution

getHistogramPlotWidget()[source]¶

Create the plot histogram if needed, otherwise create it

Returns: the PlotWidget showing the histogram of the pixel intensities

getHistogram()[source]¶

Return the last computed histogram

Returns: the histogram displayed in the HistogramPlotWiget
